Ex works, exclusive of packing and transit insurance. Prices are subject to change without notice and to Value Added Tax at the rate prevailing on the date of invoice. Current issue of VDMA delivery conditions shall apply.
We reserve the right to make technical modifications.

Terms of Purchase
Retention of Title to Ownership
Machines or parts supplied remain our property until payment in full has been made and may not be sold or assigned. Should the above items be incorporated into products together with items belonging to third parties, the seller will acquire co-ownership of the new products. The extent of co-ownership shall be determined by the ration of the invoice value of our supply to that of the remainder of the products. Should individual clauses of the above payment and delivery conditions be invalidated, the validity of remaining clauses shall not be affected. We are entitled to proceed in accordance with the spirit of the BDSG regarding the business relationship or data obtained in connection with it.
